Working towards the welfare of MSM, TG and Hijras communities
Pahal Foundation (PF) is a community based organisation and was formally registered as a society under Societies Registration Act, 1860 on December 1st 2006. Pahal Foundation is a primary member of Integrated Network for Sexual Minorities (INFOSEM).
  • Advocating for the rights of MSM, TG and Hijras
  • Ensuring social empowerment of MSM, TG and Hijras through education & vocational trainings
  • Advocating on the issues of HIV and AIDS and providing prevention, care, support and treatment for people living with HIV and/or AIDS
  • Building capacities of the individuals and organisations
  • Organising and conducting mass awareness and sensitization programs
  • Providing counselling and health care and support services
  • Providing safe spaces for MSM, TG and Hijras
  • Facilitating assistance on legal issues for MSM, TG and Hijras
  • Ensuring economic empowerment of MSM, TG and Hijras through self help groups and income generation activities
  • Building referrals & linkages and networking with other organisations
